Please read these Terms & Conditions carefully before using Faunato at pawsworld.club. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Faunato.

01Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Faunato ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the Platform immediately.
02Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old to use Faunato. By registering, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you have the legal capacity to enter into these terms. Users under 18 must have parental or guardian consent.
03User Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at Sindhmay@gmail.com if you suspect unauthorised access. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
04Acceptable Use
You agree not to use Faunato to post harmful, misleading, or illegal content; harass, threaten, or impersonate other users; attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems; distribute spam or malware; or engage in any activity that disrupts the Platform or harms animals or users.
05Rescue & Emergency Features
Rescue alert features are provided to facilitate genuine animal welfare responses. Submitting false or misleading rescue alerts is strictly prohibited and may result in account termination and legal liability. Response times are not guaranteed and Faunato bears no responsibility for outcomes of rescue operations.
06Service Providers & Marketplace
Faunato connects users with third-party veterinary, grooming, training, and other pet-care providers. We do not employ these providers and are not responsible for the quality, safety, or legality of their services. Users should independently verify provider credentials before engaging their services.
07User-Generated Content
By posting content on Faunato (including photos, reviews, and community posts), you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide licence to use, display, and distribute that content in connection with operating the Platform. You retain ownership of your content and are solely responsible for it.
08Intellectual Property
All Platform content, branding, code, and design created by Faunato is our exclusive property and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or redistribute our proprietary content without written permission.
09Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Faunato and its affiliates are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform, including loss of data, service interruptions, or third-party actions. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us (if any) in the 12 months preceding the claim.
10Modifications to Service
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of Faunato at any time with or without notice. We will make reasonable efforts to communicate significant changes in advance.
11Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in India. If any provision of these terms is held invalid, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force.
12Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms & Conditions periodically. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notification. Continued use of Faunato after changes are published constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
